Most people are stagnant, and we are taught to be so. You start in school, study for exams, get good grades, get into a good university and so on. The best outcome is that you get a high paying stable job. But in this process, you don't go out of your way to pursue something hard. It's a linear process and it blocks you from experiencing your winners effect.

I'm going to graduate in a month, and before I started content creation 8 months ago, I have not had my first win yet. I didn't know that I had it in me to accomplish great things and aim for the best. As soon as my first ever video blew up, I had this indescribable feeling. That was where my winners effect started.

When I started out, I never thought I'd reach 100K followers. I was just doing this to help me land a job with my online presence and social proof. Since I surpassed my beliefs and relentlessly pursued content creation, I now know that I can achieve whatever I aim for. This is why your first win is the single most important thing in your life. It can be earning your first dollar online, launching your app and getting your first paid user, creating a viral video, and more.

Your first win is your wake up call. No one around you is smarter or better than you. It's all up to you to succeed. My biggest advice is for you is to do whatever it takes to get your first big win and activate your winners effect. I now have other goals that I aim for and I have zero doubt that I'll achieve them. I fully believe in myself thanks to that singular win I had with my first viral video, snowballing so much that it has changed my life trajectory. It does not matter how unrealistic your goals may seem, we all live on the same planet, and if you truly want your dream life, there is nothing stopping you from achieving it.

How does one activate this "winners effect"?

By taking action. It's all about throwing stuff at the wall and seeing what sticks. You have to know that it's a numbers game. For me, this was creating videos online. I have created 300+ videos and many of them weren't successful. For you it can be launching your app and creating organic content around it, or starting your own business. All it matters is that you are putting in the effort while constantly improving, increasing your surface area for you to get "LUCKY". Nothing happens if nothing happens. You have to do it now.

I wanted to launch my own app called Polish (join the waitlist!). It has been just a week, and we already have a waitlist up with the features around %70 done. Me and @pirknn on IG are taking action and building insanely fast since we KNOW that we can build and launch a successful app, just like how I created my page and grew it to 100K+ in 8 months or he grew his to 50K+.

My weekly tip for you is to start creating content.
The SINGLE most important skill you can have as an individual, not an engineer, not a non-technical person, a HUMAN is having the ability to create content and distribute your work. Whatever field you pursue a career or do work in, you will benefit from it. Everyone knows this, but no one has the guts to start posting. Why would you block yourself from achieving so much...
